Q: How do Ox Box subscriptions work?
A: Every month we delivery a box of delicious and healthy snacks at a discounted price. Snack brand, type, and flavors change each month!
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is FREE for ALL Boxes!
Q: How does billing work?
A: You will be charged for your first Ox Box upon signing up for a subscription. For each following Ox Box you will be charged automatically on the 21st of each month (approximately 2 weeks before your Ox Box arrives).
For example, if you subscribed on October 15th, you'd be charged that day and would receive your first Ox Box between the 1st and 5th of November. Your next payment would then be processed on November 21st for your December Ox Box.
If you order your Box after the 21th of the month, you will be charged but will not receive your first box until the following month. For example, if you subscribe on March 24th you will not receive a box until May 1st - 5th.
Q: How do I recommend or request a product for future boxes?
A: We love hearing feedback from our customers. If you love a specific product we want to know! If you didn't enjoy a product, we'd also like that feedback. To recommend a brand or specific product or provide feedback regarding a previous Ox Box, please reach out to us below.
Q: What ingredients are in the products? What if I have an allergy?
A: Our products may contain peanuts and/or tree nuts. Soy is never a main ingredient in our products; however, some products contain trace amounts of soy because they’re manufactured in facilities that also process soy products.
Q: How do I manage my subscription?
A: Manage your billing address, payment information, and subscription details by logging into your Ox Box website account.
Q: What if my Ox Box was damaged?
A: If you receive a damaged, open, or unsatisfactory Ox Box, please contact us below.
